Yes. All three upholstery partners (YuXin beds, QEFET lounges, Fushi seating) accept Customer's Own Material (COM). You ship the fabric / leather direct to the factory, they apply it under their standard build process.

Practical notes: budget 4–6 weeks of buffer at the front of the order for the COM to arrive at the factory before production starts. Send swatches first so the factory can confirm compatibility with their stuffing and frame profiles.

YuXin beds default to international mattress sizes, but they build to AU bed-frame dimensions (King 183×203cm, Queen 153×203cm, Super King 203×203cm) on request — flag it on your RFQ and the AU spec is locked in the factory PO. No extra cost for sizing adjustment, just lead-time.

You have 14 days from delivery to report any visible damage, defects, or shortages with photographs. Sun Top handles the supplier dispute and arranges replacement or credit — you don't need to negotiate with the Chinese factory direct.

For upholstered furniture, inspect under the cushions and look at all seams within the 14-day window. For stone, check the underside of the slab before installation.
