For sintered-stone bathware additions (vanity tops, freestanding tubs, basins, shower walls), figure roughly AUD 8k–25k per bathroom depending on slab selection and complexity.

You pick a stone from the lookbook (Calacatta, Carrara, Verde, Travertino, Pietra Grey, or a custom selection). For high-value kitchen islands and feature walls, Biggie can send slab photographs with the exact veining from the warehouse before cutting, so you sign off on the specific piece going into your project. This matters most for continuous-vein book-matched applications.

Custom stones outside the standard library can be sourced from the Yunfu and Xiamen stone clusters — add 2–3 weeks to the front of the lead time for sample sign-off.

Standard kitchen build (Biggie): 10–14 weeks ex-factory + 4 weeks ocean freight to AU east coast + 1–2 weeks AU customs and final delivery = roughly 15–20 weeks door-to-door.

Complex builds (multiple zones, butler's pantry, integrated joinery, mixed stone selections, custom dimensions): closer to 20–24 weeks.

Yes — single kitchens are a routine Sun Top project. Most months we're sourcing one or two single-kitchen private-client orders alongside larger developer / fit-out commissions.

Container math: a single kitchen typically fills 20–40% of a 20ft container. We consolidate single-kitchen orders with other Sun Top shipments on the same vessel to share freight cost, which is why per-unit freight stays competitive even at low volume.

No — Sun Top is import / trading, not install. Door-to-door means we deliver the crated stone slabs, joinery panels and appliances to your nominated AU address. You arrange a local stone mason / cabinet maker for installation. Most AU custom-kitchen makers are happy to install owner-supplied stone and joinery on a labour-only basis.

The Biggie kitchens catalogue PDF is kitchen-focused, but the same factory's slab stone and joinery techniques apply directly to bathware: freestanding stone tubs, slab vanity tops, stone basins, vessel sinks, full-height shower walls, continuous-vein feature walls. Sintered stone is the same material in both rooms.
