How we vet every factory.

Every prospective partner's business licence is verified against China's National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System. Registered entity name, registered capital, scope of business, and standing are confirmed before any sample request goes out.

Catalogue and factory photos are reverse-image searched to detect stolen imagery — a common red flag for trading shops posing as manufacturers.

A live (not pre-recorded) video walk-through of the production line is requested at a randomised time. Pre-recorded tours are rejected outright.

The remit-to bank account name must match the registered business licence exactly. Mismatches are a hard fail — this is the single most common scam vector for AU buyers wiring deposits direct to factories.

A direct reference call (in English where possible, or via our team) to a current export customer in Australia or another Western market. We confirm shipment volume, on-time performance, and dispute history.

A copy of a recent ChAFTA Certificate of Origin from an AU shipment is requested. Confirms the factory has live export documentation and AU-route experience — and that the ChAFTA duty benefit will actually flow through to your landed price.

For LED lighting, AV, electrical fittings, and any safety-certified category, a current AS/NZS test report from an accredited lab is required before any AU sample order. SAA verification confirmed where the product hits the AU electrical safety scheme.

For categories where Guzhen-based presence allows, an in-person factory visit is conducted before partnership confirmation. For other clusters, our team coordinates with on-the-ground inspectors for the same.
