The minimum can be a single luxury item or multiple items bundled into one project reaching the threshold. Below $5,000 the freight and customs overhead means there is no meaningful saving to pass on.

- Sourcing engagement fee at project start, credited against your final invoice
- Door-to-door delivery in AUD to your nominated address
- You unload, unpack, dispose of packaging
- You are named as importer of record
- Import GST is part of your landed cost (private buyers cannot reclaim GST)
- Sea freight takes 8–14 weeks door-to-door; custom-build items can run 14–20 weeks or longer
- Australian Consumer Law non-excludable guarantees apply
