Modular Sofas & Designer Furniture.
Premium upholstery, beds, sintered-stone coffee tables and case goods from Foshan furniture-cluster factories — the same suppliers that already build product for European and Australian designer brands at retail.
See a piece in fabric and want it in leather? In black instead of beige? Different size, different finish? Just ask — the factory will make it. Got a reference photo of something you've seen elsewhere? Send it through. These workshops build to your drawing, your material and your dimensions, then we land it in AUD door-to-door.

Interior Fit-Out / Builders Materials →Mixed-supplier furniture orders welcome — beds, seating, dining and case goods consolidated into one Sun Top container.
Furniture sourcing, plain answers.
What's the typical order size?
Private-client residential orders typically sit between AUD 8,000 and AUD 60,000 landed — a bedroom suite, a living-room reset, or a whole-house furnishing program. Boutique-hospitality fitouts (small hotels, restaurants, function venues) tend to be AUD 30,000–250,000. Developer / display-home orders scale higher again.
Container math: a typical 20ft container holds enough furniture for 3–4 standard residential builds. Sun Top consolidates small orders with other shipments on the same vessel to share freight.
Can I mix-and-match across the three factories?
Yes — that's the whole reason for the multi-supplier setup. A typical Sun Top furniture order combines designer beds, sintered-stone coffee tables, case goods and modular leather lounges on a single landed AUD quote. One quote, one PO, one container, one delivery.
Cross-factory consolidation typically saves 15–25% on freight versus shipping each factory separately, and means you deal with one Sun Top point of contact rather than three Chinese factories direct.
What's the lead time?
Standard upholstered furniture (beds, sofas, dining): 8–12 weeks ex-factory + 4 weeks ocean freight + 1–2 weeks AU customs / last mile = roughly 13–18 weeks door-to-door.
Custom fabric / leather / dimensions: add 2–4 weeks at the front for sample sign-off and material sourcing.
Stone coffee tables (in-stock designs): 6–10 weeks ex-factory.
See How It Works → Honest delivery timelines for the full disclosure. These are indicative windows — Sun Top does not accept time-of-the-essence orders.
Custom fabric / leather — can I supply my own?
Yes. All three upholstery partners (beds, lounges, seating) accept Customer's Own Material (COM). You ship the fabric / leather direct to the factory, they apply it under their standard build process.
Practical notes: budget 4–6 weeks of buffer at the front of the order for the COM to arrive at the factory before production starts. Send swatches first so the factory can confirm compatibility with their stuffing and frame profiles.
Australian sizing — King, Queen, Super King?
The beds default to international mattress sizes, but the factory builds to AU bed-frame dimensions (King 183×203cm, Queen 153×203cm, Super King 203×203cm) on request — flag it on your RFQ and the AU spec is locked in the factory PO. No extra cost for sizing adjustment, just lead-time.
Damage / defects on arrival?
You have 14 days from delivery to report any visible damage, defects, or shortages with photographs. Sun Top handles the supplier dispute and arranges replacement or credit — you don't need to negotiate with the Chinese factory direct.
For upholstered furniture, inspect under the cushions and look at all seams within the 14-day window. For stone, check the underside of the slab before installation.
