Each partner has passed our eight-step verification protocol — business-licence cross-check on gsxt.gov.cn, live video factory tours, bank-name match, export references, and on-the-ground visits via our Guzhen presence.

How a factory becomes a SunTop partner.
Every factory in the register passes the same eight-step protocol before any sample order is placed. Factories that fail any step are demoted to backup-only or removed.
1. Business-licence cross-check on gsxt.gov.cn
Every prospective partner's business licence is verified against China's National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System. Registered entity name, capital, scope of business, and standing are confirmed before any sample request goes out.
2. Reverse image search on advertised factory photos
Catalogue and factory photos are reverse-image searched to detect stolen imagery — a common red flag for trading shops posing as manufacturers.
3. Live WeChat video factory tour
A live (not pre-recorded) video walk-through of the production line is requested at a randomised time. Pre-recorded tours are rejected outright.
4. Bank account name match against the business licence
The remit-to bank account name must match the registered business licence exactly. Mismatches are a hard fail — common in scam scenarios.
5. Reference call to a current AU or Western export customer
A direct reference call (in English where possible, or via our team) to a current export customer in Australia or another Western market. We confirm shipment volume, on-time performance, and dispute history.
6. ChAFTA Certificate of Origin sample
A copy of a recent ChAFTA Certificate of Origin from an AU shipment is requested. Confirms the factory has live export documentation and AU-route experience.
7. AS/NZS test report for electrical and safety-critical goods
For LED lighting, AV, electrical fittings, and any safety-certified category, a current AS/NZS test report from an accredited lab is required before any AU sample order. SAA verification confirmed.
8. On-the-ground factory visit via our Guzhen presence
For categories where Guzhen-based presence allows, an in-person factory visit is conducted before partnership confirmation. For other clusters, our team coordinates with on-the-ground inspectors for the same.
