How does this work with my AU builder?
Three common patterns:
1. Builder-led: Your builder specs the items from the catalogues. Sun Top quotes landed AUD direct to your builder and delivers to site on the schedule they need. They invoice you as a project line item with their margin transparent.
2. Client-led, builder-installed: You select from the catalogues, Sun Top delivers, your builder installs (we coordinate timing). The savings vs. AU-retail joinery go to you, not the builder's margin stack.
3. Sun Top + nominated installer: For projects in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, Sun Top can introduce a vetted installer who's used to working with imported joinery. They quote install separately.
What's the lead time?
Kitchen cabinets: 8–12 weeks ex-factory + 4 weeks ocean + 1–2 weeks AU customs & delivery = roughly 14–18 weeks door-to-door.
Doors / wardrobes / bathware: 6–10 weeks ex-factory + same freight = roughly 11–16 weeks door-to-door.
Mixed orders ship on the slowest line item's lead time. Air freight is available for sample sets or short-deadline items at a separate quote.
What about AU standards — WaterMark, electrical, fire ratings?
Sanitary ware: the toilets, mixers and tapware in the catalogue are WaterMark-eligible — Sun Top confirms the specific model's certification status at quote stage.
Doors: standard interior doors don't need certification. Fire-rated and acoustic-rated variants are available on request with the matching factory test certificates.
Cabinets: E0/E1 board grade (low formaldehyde) is the default — meets AU residential standards. Specific grade can be confirmed per project.
Electrical (LED strip lighting in cabinets/wardrobes): shipped with the cabinet but final connection by a licensed AU electrician on your build.
